Enrolling in Home Banking is easy – here’s how:
- Enter your Social Security Number for the User ID
- Enter your Phone PAL PIN as your Password and hit enter

With FREE Home Banking, your computer becomes your personal teller. Go online anytime and manage your accounts. It’s simple. Here’s how:
- Click on Account Access/Summary to get the latest information. During Credit Union business hours, balances are up-to-the-minute; during non-business hours, balances are those as of the close of the last business day. For account history, click on the account title.
- Select Account Transfer then use the drop-down menu to transfer funds. During Credit Union business hours, transfers are completed and balances are updated instantly. During non-business hours, transfers are completed and balances are updated the following business day. Be sure to record the confirmation number issued at the completion of the transfer.
- Choose Account Export to export your account information into either a .QIF, .QFX, .OFX or .CSV. The file is downloaded to your hard drive, where it is available for you to import into your PFM software. Be sure to use the Help button from the account export screen before exporting data.
- Click on Bill Payment for our FREE online bill payment service. The site is encrypted to insure confidential and safe transactions. See Bill Payment for more information.
- Select Stock Quotes for current prices for many stocks and mutual funds traded on professional market exchanges. Stock quotes are presented on a 15-minute delay. Search for a trading symbol; create an online portfolio tracker of up to 20 different stocks.
- Choose User Options to change your password, User ID or email address; choose your start screen, or set the default range for account history or your session time-out.
- Use Credit Card or Check Order to access your current credit card balance, credit limit, interest paid, next payment date, and minimum payment due as well as transaction information from your current and two prior statements. As an added security measure, you must register a separate and unique login from your Home Banking login to access this information. Once registered, you sign in with your credit card access user name and password each time you access your credit card data.
Reorder checks directly through your Home Banking account with a simple click of a button. No need to enter checking information as your order form will be pre-populated for you. Simply select the account for which you wish to order checks. You will be shown a picture of what your current checks look like and what the next number in your check sequence will be, according to Liberty's records. You will be able to make changes to the check style, type face and any other features available. When you are finished making your selections, you will be presented with the total cost of the checks, which will be automatically debited from your account.

Payment Manager consists of two convenient services: Funds Transfer and Pay People.
Funds Transfer service is a money movement tool that allows you to transfer funds between your NEFCU accounts and your “external” accounts at other financial institutions or brokerage houses.

The Pay People service allows you to send and receive personal payments of up to $500 each via eMail across any third party. Use the Pay People service to make to and receive payments from individuals.

Enhanced Login Security (ELS) is a free and easy way to help prevent fraud and can be enabled with Home Banking.

Secured Email This allows members to send questions about accounts, home banking or bill pay through a secure connection. Responses are sent to an inbox located in home banking, requiring members to securely log into home banking.
- Online Statements allow for members to retrieve their statements online. Statements are available for 6 months. Simply click the online statement icon in home banking and accept the disclosure.
- Press Help on any screen, any time you need assistance. A window appears with details on how to use the particular feature.631.897
